High quality colonoscopy is essential for the effective prevention of colorectal cancer. These measures are calculated and compared with recommended standards to facilitate feedback with the goal of quality improvement.
As Clinical Operations Manager, Sophie oversees the day-to-day functioning of the practice, including clinical workflow, patient scheduling, partner management, and service development. She is passionate about improving patient experience and operational excellence.
